Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

At ItsYourShow.co, we reserve studio time, production resources, and personnel specifically for each client. To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, the following refund policy applies:

Studio Sessions & Content Power Hour

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or account credit.

• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of a scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or full account credit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.

Production Services

Due to the custom nature of podcast production, video editing, content creation, coaching, and consulting services:

• Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled before work has begun, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of ItsYourShow.co, less any administrative or planning costs already incurred.

• Once production, editing, design, or consulting work has commenced, payments become non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Clients may reschedule a booked session one time at no charge when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Satisfaction Commitment

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and provide appropriate revisions when applicable.
